Can I find your products in physical retail stores?
Our products are currently available in our beauty vending machine located inside Tawa Outlet Mall. However, we are actively working on expanding our presence to more physical stores in the near future. To stay updated on our latest developments and new store locations, we encourage you to sign up for our mailing list.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We strive to ensure that all orders are promptly processed and dispatched within two business days. For our customers within New Zealand, we utilise the reliable overnight service provided by NZ Post for speedy delivery.
Can I track the status of my order?
Rest assured, all our shipments are tracked for your convenience. Once a tracking number is allocated to your order, we will promptly send you a confirmation email containing the necessary details, including your tracking number. To track the status of your order, simply utilize the tracking services provided by NZ Post, ensuring you stay updated every step of the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including AfterPay, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. You can find the complete list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.
How do I return a product?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working on expanding our services, and we anticipate launching international shipping by February 2024.
