Refunding an Item
If you have received a faulty product from 20th Cosmetics, we want to make the return and refund process as seamless as possible. Please follow the steps below:

3. Location Requirement:
- This return policy is applicable for customers based in New Zealand. 20th Cosmetics will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
